EyeBrowse Lite
EyeBrowse Lite is a light-weight image viewing application which takes very little resources and hard disk space. It's got a very user friendly interface and masses of options to customise the way it works. This version can be associated to any/all of the supported file formats, which are bmp, gif, wmf, emf, dib, icons, cursors, jpg. You'll be impressed with it's speed and efficiency.
